Delete Data Request

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of submitted consultation data, contact us from the same WhatsApp number used for your consultation. Include your full name, approximate consultation date, and request type. Do not send additional health photos with the initial request.

We verify the request before changing a record. Some information may need to be retained for clinical, payment, security, or legal obligations. We will explain any information that cannot be deleted.
