Service
Skin Consult Lahore provides appointment-based clinic visits and GP-led online review for common non-emergency skin and hair concerns. Clinic visits require advance booking; this service does not accept walk-ins through the website and does not sell or deliver physical products.
Clinical scope
Consultations are reviewed by Dr Sukaina Raza, MBBS, PMDC registration 948943-01-M. Online review has limitations and does not guarantee a diagnosis, cure, or outcome. The doctor may advise in-person examination or referral.
Patient responsibilities
Patients must provide accurate information, appropriate consent, clear photos where helpful for online review, and a complete relevant history. The service may decline or stop a review when information is incomplete or the concern is outside the doctor's scope.
Published fees and payment
Online consultation: PKR 1,500. Follow-up: PKR 800. Urgent review, when available and never for emergencies: PKR 2,500. Manual payment is requested through JS Bank to account title Hi-Pak. Confirm the account title and amount before transferring funds. Clinic visit fee: Confirm on WhatsApp. Payment instructions are confirmed before the appointment.
Cancellation and payment questions
Contact +92 307 6829785 before the appointment for cancellation or payment questions. Duplicate or mistaken transfers will be reviewed. Refund eligibility depends on whether clinical review has already started and any applicable record-keeping obligations.
Emergency limitation
This service is for non-emergency skin concerns only. Online photo review has limitations and does not replace physical examination when required. If you have severe pain, fever, rapidly spreading infection, breathing difficulty, swelling of lips/eyes, bleeding lesion, serious allergic reaction, or any emergency symptoms, seek urgent in-person medical care.
