Skin Consult Lahore is the public service name used on www.skinconsultlahore.com. It provides an online-only, GP-led review service for common non-emergency skin and hair concerns. Questions can be sent to +92 307 6829785.

Information collected

We collect information you submit, including your name, age, contact details, appointment choice, health history, concern description, optional photos, consent choices, transaction reference, and optional payment proof. Please provide only information needed for the consultation.

How information is used

Information is used to assess whether online review is appropriate, conduct the consultation, arrange the appointment, communicate through WhatsApp when consented, confirm payment, provide follow-up guidance, and recommend in-person care when required.

Storage and service providers

Consultation records and uploads are stored using private Supabase storage and database access. The website is hosted by Vercel. WhatsApp and Meta process messages when that channel is used. Google Analytics receives general page and funnel events; form values, health descriptions, contact details, and uploaded images are not sent to Google Analytics by this website.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept only as needed for consultation, follow-up, security, payment reconciliation, and applicable clinical or legal obligations. A verified patient may ask for access, correction, or deletion. Some information may be retained where a legal or record-keeping obligation applies.

Contact for privacy requests

Send the request from the WhatsApp number used for the consultation so ownership can be checked. Do not send additional private images with the initial request.
