Discuss symptoms and previous assessments
PCOS can involve irregular periods, acne and changes in facial or body hair. These symptoms can have other causes, so a symptom checklist or photograph cannot confirm a diagnosis. Bring previous blood tests, ultrasound reports and prescriptions if available; the doctor will discuss whether further assessment is needed.
Lifestyle support at every body size
Healthy eating and physical activity can support wellbeing with PCOS even without weight loss. Your consultation can explore routines, sleep and health goals that matter to you. Weight management is one possible part of care, not a requirement for receiving support.
Care matched to your priorities
Tell the doctor about menstrual concerns, skin symptoms, emotional wellbeing and any pregnancy plans. This is general-practice support, not a specialist fertility service. Medicines, tests and referrals depend on assessment; the service does not promise a PCOS cure or a pregnancy outcome.
Before your consultation
- Dates or patterns of recent periods, if known
- Your main symptoms and when they started
- Previous diagnosis, blood tests or ultrasound reports
- Medicines, pregnancy plans and questions for the doctor
Photos are optional and are not needed for lifestyle goals or menstrual concerns. Bring relevant reports to your appointment. Online consultations cost PKR 1,500; clinic fees are confirmed before the visit. Appointments last 30 minutes.
