Eating, movement and sleep

Healthy routines involve more than food alone. Your appointment can explore eating patterns, physical activity and sleep alongside your health history. Advice should fit your abilities, preferences and daily responsibilities, rather than a one-size-fits-all routine.

Start with the changes that matter to you

Bring one or two priorities, such as more regular meals, finding time to move or improving your sleep routine. Discuss what has helped before and what gets in the way. The consultation can help you choose practical next steps and a follow-up plan.

A medical review when symptoms need attention

Mention persistent tiredness, unexplained weight changes, pain or other symptoms rather than assuming they are caused by lifestyle. The doctor can advise when examination, investigation or referral is appropriate. This service does not replace specialist dietetic or mental health care when needed.

Before your consultation

  • Your main wellbeing goals
  • A brief picture of your meals, movement and sleep
  • Health conditions, medicines and any activity limitations
  • Changes you have tried and support you would find useful

Photos are optional and are not needed for lifestyle goals or menstrual concerns. Bring relevant reports to your appointment. Online consultations cost PKR 1,500; clinic fees are confirmed before the visit. Appointments last 30 minutes.
